We stand behind every visit. If you notice streaks, spots, or missed areas after a scheduled cleaning, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to correct the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee covers workmanship only, meaning areas we cleaned that do not meet our standard. It does not cover new soiling from construction, landscaping, sprinklers, vandalism, or other activity occurring after the service was completed. One touch-up visit per scheduled cleaning. We send a completion photo after every visit so you can verify the work immediately.
