7 Day Rain Guarantee

If rain causes visible spotting or residue on your exterior glass within 7 days of a scheduled cleaning, contact us and we will touch up the affected panes at no charge. Clean glass sheds rainwater cleanly, so in most cases your windows will look just as good after a rain as they did when we left. This guarantee exists for the rare occasion when a heavy or wind-driven storm pushes dirt or debris onto freshly cleaned glass. To qualify, contact us within 7 days of the service date. The touch-up covers exterior panes affected by rain only, not interior glass, and not soiling caused by sprinklers, construction, or other non-weather sources. This guarantee applies to recurring service clients on weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly plans.
